In the south of the province of Alicante exists a large market for high-speed telecoms networks, since fibre optic has yet to be implemented in many urban areas. The area is densely populated with lots of population movements, ensuring a constant renewal of the business.
Within this environment, the company Meganet Plus is deploying its fibre optic network to cover a number of urban areas in the outskirts of Torreviaja. In order to undertake the necessary investments for this deployment, the company is soliciting a collective loan.
The following urban areas will be covered by the network deployment:
· The area of Doña Pepa.
· The area of Marabú.
· All areas around the golf course.
· Various areas in and around Ciudad Quesada.
· The area of Pueblo Bravo.
Maps of the deployment areas in Doña Pepa and El Raso de Guardamar del Segura.
Additional guarantees:
The loan is secured by a personal guarantee from the administrator and shareholder of the company requesting the loan.
